Depending on the county where your case is located you may be able to read the notes taken by the courtroom clerk which would describe what happened in court each day your case was set for court. Please do not expect a novel and sometimes the notes will only reflect that an order was entered as opposed to what the order was. Each of my clients take advantage of this information.
